  • This challenge is run in 35 minutes

  • This is a puzzle-solving challenge. Challengers are asked to crack the code.

    Enigma is designed to throw teams into ambiguity, evoking closed thinking and psychological biases, like our ‘need to know’.

    Why use it?

    This is a targeted challenge for teams and individuals leading change as it develops skills that are hard to master like open-mindedness and curiosity, so the question is more about when not why.
